By using this website and/or purchasing product/s available on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions, please do not access, use this website, or purchase products.

These terms contain important information about the ordering, processing, and purchase of products available through this website.

Ordering and Payment
By placing an online order via this website, you are making an offer to purchase the products for the price specified on this website (plus any shipping and delivery fees).

You agree to pay the price and any applicable shipping and delivery fees. Payment must be made at the time of submitting the online order. This website accepts payment using American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa only. You warrant that you are an authorized user of the credit card, Apple Pay account, Diners Club account, Discover account, Meta Pay account, Google Pay account, PayPal account, ShopPay account, and Venmo account used to complete payment. By paying or attempting to pay for products available through this website, you agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law.

All online orders submitted through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Coastal Femme. Coastal Femme reserves the right to reject or cancel your online order for any reason, at any time prior to the dispatch of the products. Once we receive your online order, You will receive an email order confirmation. Your receipt of the order confirmation does not signify Coastal Femme’s acceptance of your online order but is simply a confirmation that we have received your order. If Coastal Femme rejects an order, you will be notified via email as soon as reasonably practicable and any payment made by You for that order will be refunded. 

All online orders must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. All transactions on the international website are settled in United States Dollars (USD) currency. If you are a customer purchasing from another country outside of the USA, your currency will be converted automatically to USD when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the currency exchange rate. Your financial institution or payment provider may also charge You currency conversion fees. Please contact your financial institution or payment provider for further details on these charges and fees.

Canceling An Order
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you need. To request to cancel your order, please contact us at support@coastalfemme.com as soon as possible, and be sure to include your order number in this request. We’ll do the best we can to help you cancel before it ships. However, we process orders as fast as possible, and once your order ships we cannot cancel it at that time.

Correction of Errors

We have made every attempt to display products and product information on our website as accurately as possible. Occasionally there may be information on this website that contains errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to a product description, product image, pricing, promotion, special offer, or availability. Coastal Femme reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change, update or cancel orders at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

Prices displayed on this website may change in the event of price changes or pricing errors on this website without prior notice to You. If Coastal Femme requests payment for increased prices, then you may reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order in these circumstances, you must notify Coastal Femme (support@coastalfemme.com) via email within seven (7) business days of the announcement date of the price increase. 

Availability

Whilst we try to ensure that the stock presented to You on this website is accurate and available to purchase, please note that on rare occasions some stock discrepancies may occur. If a purchase has been made for an unavailable item and your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified via email as soon as possible and be offered a suitable replacement, a credit note, or a full refund by Coastal Femme.

Delivery
The risk of loss or damage to any products purchased on this website will pass to you on delivery to your nominated address. When submitting an online order on this website, it is your responsibility to ensure that contact, shipping, and order details are entered correctly.

All sales are subject to our Shipping Policy. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

All domestic U.S. orders over $250 now qualify for free shipping.

Most orders will be processed + shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation order once your order has been processed.

International orders will ship according to package weight and destination. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

Return Policy

All sales are subject to our Returns Policy. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your pieces within 14 days from when the order was processed.

All returned items must be unworn, and in original condition with the hangtags attached. Once the unworn merchandise is received, your refund will be issued to the same card or method of payment used at the time of purchase. 

Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after arrival at our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once the product has been received and the return policy has been initiated.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You are welcome to return a full-priced item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred size.

Faulty Policy

Every product we send out is initially quality-controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault Coastal Femme will replace the item or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 21 days of the purchase date. Please contact our customer care team (support@coastalfemme.com) as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can guide you through the next steps and returns process. Please provide our team with photos clearly showing the defect or fault and a brief description for a preliminary assessment.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, Coastal Femme will replace the item (subject to stock availability) or refund the price paid for the faulty item by You to your original payment method. If the product is found not to have a defect or fault, the product will be shipped back to you.

If in our reasonable opinion, the item has become of unacceptable quality due to wear and tear in the course of normal use, misuse, or failure to use in accordance with garment care instructions, then this does not constitute a defect or fault.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards purchased through coastalfemme.com may only be redeemed on this website. Gift Cards purchased through coastalfemme.com are issued in USD currency. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date. Gift Cards are digital gift cards and will be automatically emailed to the customer once purchased. A unique code will be issued to the email address entered at checkout. If a customer partially uses their gift certificate in one transaction, the remaining balance will be automatically updated and available via the same code to use on a future transaction. Any balance remaining after the expiry date of the Gift Card will not be refunded. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded. Coastal Femme does not take responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

Store Credit

Store credits are applied to the same email address used to place your order. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused amount after the expiry date of the store credit will not be refunded or available to use. Store credits cannot be transferred to another person or email address. Store credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded. If an item purchased using a store credit is returned or canceled, only the portion of the purchase payment attributable to the store credit will be restored to your email address.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Coastal Femme may occasionally offer promotional discount codes which may apply to certain specified orders placed through this website. If your order is eligible, the discount code can be applied by entering the code in the ‘gift card or discount code’ field at checkout and clicking ‘apply’. The promotion value will be applied to your order immediately. If the discount code was not entered at the checkout page but the order was placed during the promotional event, contact our customer care team (support@coastalfemme.com) as soon as possible after submitting the order. It is up to Coastal Femme’s sole discretion whether the discounted amount may be refunded to You. 

Separate terms and conditions specified at the time of issue may apply to the use of the promotional discount code. It is your responsibility to read these carefully to make sure the promotional offer applies to your purchase. Promotional discount codes may not be used in conjunction with other discount codes.

This website and all transactions through this website are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. SSL is a security technology that ensures that any data you have entered into a secure area of the website, is encrypted during transmission over the Internet. We use SSL data encryption to protect your personal information online and to create a secure environment for you to conduct your online transactions. In order for SSL to be effective, you must be using an SSL-compliant browser.

Coastal Femme does not store or keep credit card details from online transactions. The last four numbers and the expiry date of your credit card number are kept for order verification and identification purposes only. In the event a credit card is used without the cardholder's authorization, the cardholder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.

To the extent permitted by law, all guarantees, warranties, or representations which are not specifically stated in this Agreement are excluded. If Coastal Femme is liable for breach of an obligatory guarantee or implied warranty or representation, Coastal Femme’s obligation is, at its option limited to the replacement of the products or the supply of equivalent products, the repair of the products, or the payment of having the products replaced or repaired.

Coastal Femme has provided information on this website as accurately as possible. Coastal Femme takes all precautions possible to keep the details of your orders and payments secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party acquires unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.

Coastal Femme will not be liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer due to the use of this website. By continuing to access or use this website, you agree that your access to, and use of, this website is at your own risk.

Coastal Femme owns the intellectual property in its garment designs, fabric designs, and images. Unless prior written permission from Coastal Femme is obtained, the use or misuse of our designs, images, or any intellectual property for any purpose is forbidden.

Coastal Femme reserves the right to cease, interrupt or withdraw your access to this website for any reason, including but not limited to, website upgrades and maintenance. On rare occasions, coastalfemme.com may require some downtime, either scheduled or unscheduled. Coastal Femme will try to ensure the amount of downtime is limited. Coastal Femme will not be held liable for the consequences if this website is unavailable to you as a result of any computer downtime or other factors beyond our control.

Coastal Femme shall have the right in its absolute discretion to amend, remove or vary any of these Terms and Conditions and/or any page of this website at any time and without notice. You must only use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You agree not to use this website in a way that violates or attempts to violate the security of this website, the rights of Coastal Femme, or the rights of any third party. You will not hack into this website, Coastal Femme’s computer systems, or the computer systems of any other user of this website.

You may stop using this website at any time for any reason.

If you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, Coastal Femme reserves the right to immediately suspend, terminate or limit your access to this website without notice.

Coastal Femme reserves the right to terminate the agreement to supply products to You at any time prior to products being dispatched. Coastal Femme will not be liable to you for any expenses or damages whatsoever for terminating this Agreement. If the product has not been delivered to you prior to any termination of this Agreement, Coastal Femme will refund any payment You have made prior to the termination.

These Terms & Conditions together with the other policies expressly referred to in them and policies on this website represent the entire agreement between us (“Coastal Femme”) and you.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of law, that provision may be severed from the remaining provisions of the agreement which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions (and all non-contractual relationships between you and us) are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Los Angeles, California, USA, and both parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the State of California. If you access this website from outside of Los Angeles, California, USA, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in the location where you access the website.
