Good news, beach babe! All domestic U.S. orders over $250 now qualify for free shipping.
Most orders will be processed + shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location You will receive a confirmation order once your order has been processed.

Returns Policy
We want to make sure you’re absolutely obsessed with your items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your pieces within 15 days from receipt of order. All domestic returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery and scanned by UPS within 7 days from initiating their return.
Please submit your return or exchange request via email at support@coastalfemme.com with your order number.
All return items must be unworn, I damaged and in original condition with the hangtags attached in the original packaging.
Please note, all sale items are considered Final Sale.
Once the unworn merchandise is received, your refund will be issued to the same card or method of payment used at the time of purchase. If an exchange was requested, we will email you confirmation and please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after arrival to our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once the product has been received and the return policy has been initiated.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you need. To request to cancel your order, please contact us at support@coastalfemme.com as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in this request. We’ll do the best we can to help you cancel before it ships. However, we process orders as fast as possible, and once your order ships we cannot cancel it at that time.
What is the status of my order?
Once you have received your shipping confirmation e-mail you can click on the tracking link provided to see the status of your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Any information about backordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.
What if my package is lost?
If your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email at support@coastalfemme.com. We will file a claim with the shipping courier right away and do everything we can to take care of it as quickly as possible.
*Please note: If a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, or was signed for we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.
Can I return an item marked Final Sale?
All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. If you send back an item marked Final Sale, we will not process this return, once it is received to our warehouse it will be automatically shipped back to you or we will deduct a restocking fee of 25% of the items price.
I ordered something and now it’s on sale; will you match the new price?Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for items that have been marked down. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We truly appreciate your support, it means the world to us as a small woman owned business.

International orders will ship according to package weight and destination. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

Return Policy
We want to make sure you’re absolutely obsessed with your items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your pieces within 14 days from when the order was processed.
All return items must be unworn, and in original condition with the hangtags attached. Once the unworn merchandise is received, your refund will be issued to the same card or method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after arrival to our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once the product has been received and the return policy has been initiated.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You are welcome to return a full priced item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred size.
